there's a lot to consider here, maybe too much since the focus, I imagine, should be on the trumpeteer statue. Also, the buildings across the way seem to be more in focus than the primary subject. Not sure if you were going for that effect. Perhaps another angle might of worked better or if it was not in silhouette rather than detail. Just a suggestion.

This would also work for "The Pelican Brief." An interesting street, and a nice balance between focusing on the main subject and providing enough background to make the picture interesting.
