For me, there is a lot going on in your image. I'm not quite sure what the story or main focal point is. I see the firemen, a pregnant woman, a school bus. Not quite sure how they all tie in. I like the lighting.

The School Bus(?) adds the emotive factor to the scene. The scene is perhaps a bit too cluttered and because of this, for me, loses some of its impact. I wonder if a stronger composition would be possible by zooming in so that just the front of the bus, the fire truck and the 'arrested' man and officers were in the frame?

Did you mean "edition"? If the caption had said something like "bus driver needs early morning cuppa joe... 3 students injured" I could understand what is going on here. As it is...I really cannot! Nice picture though!(5)

I remember a wrote a whole lot of words on this image then my internet cut-out.
something about really not being interested in photographs of homeless people, but this intrigued me. I think its the fact that I presume he is homeless because he is on the ground and not a suit that just run too hard on his lunch break. I also remember thinking of the skit "my left foot of fury".
