Beautiful shot, I really like what you've done with this, having the trees in b&w and all. The choise of frame is in my likings too.
I can't find any mentionable flaws, It's a very pure image.

thanks guys! I just did some levels and hue saturation -colorize to put to duetone and then I took a picture of a wall and applied it over the sky as an overlay 3 times in different opacity then I did some brightness contrast over the whole picture and dodged the tree she sits on

This is fantastic! I love the textures and colors you created. I also love how you added the tattered frame edge. Not sure if you were looking for a critique or not so take this as you wish... The edges of the photo are very sharp. I would suggest somehow softening them (blurring them?) just slightly so they blend better with the tattered frame. Maybe even find a texture similar to the frame (or use the old image above) that you could overlay onto your image to further create the aged-image look. One last thing - maybe clone out what appears to be the edge of another picture on the lower left side. This is a terrific image on its own and I just love the effects!
