Dark landby heidaComment by dahkota: gotta be Iceland. :) I think what makes this image is the inclusion of a person. Doesn't hurt that the tones were excellently rendered, the DOF and Focus dead on and the POV perfect. I can overlook the spots (clean your camera!) as this is a basic challenge. Excellent job! 10- goodluck in the challenge! |

Dark landby heidaComment by bullethead: At first glance this was really striking, but I think it would be stronger if you'd cropped the top quarter. The sky and figure dilute the shot for me, and make it look a bit over-processed. The bottom 3/4 of the image is beautiful. |
