Thanks everyone for the comments and votes. I suspect there is probably some dirt on my lens as I have never cleaned them - the reason being I have never really looked into how to clean them and therefore feel safer not touching them. I do have a UV filter on each of my lenses to protect the actual lens so the actual lens should be fine - which is pointless if I have grubby filters:)

I am seeing some spots in the clouds, looks like maybe your lens had some dried water spots? (I don't thinks it's my monitor??). Otherwise, nice photo with a "lonely" feel. Meets the challenge well.
