It is St Michael's Mount in Marazion in Cornwall, England, UK.

Incidentally it featured in 3 of my recent challenge entries:)

Details: Use the surrounding space of your subject to create the wow of the photograph.

Good. However, the biggest WOW factor in this photo was for the subject, not the viewer.

yes, the positive cuts into the sky creating an interesting shape. And as with most interesting shapes, the negative shape is interesting as well.
