Ottery Tar Barrelsby P-A-U-LComment by Yo_Spiff: I'm not sure what is going on or what the title refers to, but I recognize the can of Waxoyl in the pic. I used that on my car when I was in the UK for 4 years. Haven't found anything like in in the US.
