Definitely fits the concept of "You're Doing it Wrong":-) Details and color are good. It's the composition that just needs that extra 'something' The focus needs to be on the shoes but it calls out for a facial expression of confusion. But to do that then it would be a far shot where the shoes might not be noticed. Hmmmm, I think that the other thing that CAN be done is the orientation....I think it is a little odd that the shoes are not facing front and forward so they 'meet' our gaze 'head on'. They lay on their side when a front presentation would be better.
