The lighting is very flat on this. I would prefer to see more interesting shadows to create a "film noir" effect.

The shadows are harsh and the pose is a bit mysterious, which is good, but this looks too much like an on-camera flash. While this isn't bad in itself, it doesn't make for very interesting lighting, i.e. it's not very moody or 'noir'-ish.

Okay, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and offer some composing thoughts. You have set a delightful scene here, but it has a lot of information. More, perhaps that is needed to tell your story.

Those musical notes. Perfect. Now. Think about cropping the top to just above the right 'blue note' - then think about cropping the bottom to just above the models knee.

Then, to tidy up a bit, crop the left side to just the left of the pink note.

There. Does that also tell the story you want to say?

Okay, Alice's lesson for the day is over. (Joking, of course)
:)

Looks like a snapshot... photo doesn't say anything, maybe the "notes" across the background should be strung to look like they are coming out of the radio? Christmas coffee cup and shorts and sunglasses don't jive. Pay more attention to detail... what's that glob of black stuff on ground at leg of table. Lighting is too harsh and washes out the detail in the shoe and leg of subject. Crop out a couple inches at top to get rid of the "too bright" background.
