Missed the butterfly the first time I looked. That says a lot for my eyes....sigh. Nice shot. Love the soft background. It really makes the stamens stand out.

i like the shallow dof and the muted tones, love playing with my sigma 50mm 1.4 :), maybe being critical the butterfly is a bit to bright

kasaba, sorry but I didn't take note of the bush but I'll try and remember next time I go to write it down if it is tagged. It was certainly a magnet for the butterflies.

stalice, I hope I don't disappoint.
colorcarnival, I hardly ever use this lens. Bought it on impulse (for portraits) but always seem to pick up my 24-105mm each time I go out. Made myself use it today. It's lovely at f2.8, which is what I used for this shot, but at f1.4 just a bit too soft at this distance I think.
