Ok, so the firefighters are there. But the rest of the story isn't. Your headline is foretelling an outcome that has yet to happen so it's very trying to buy into. I'd expect to see smoke at the very least, flames and water jets...and the lives. Where are the people they're supposed to have rescued, huddled in blankets, tearful and in shock?
