I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: I really like the use of blur in images and this is a particularly dynamic example. I like how the trails paint out the rhythm of walking. The red coloration provides a great accent against the great sky and pavement.

Critical stuff: I think I would've preferred in straightened - as odd as that sounds for an image such as this, I think straight verticals would emphasise the chaos and flow of the movement.

Overall: Interesting shot.

I don't mind the blur. You have created a chaotic scene. What distracts in this attempt is the hooks of light throughout where you can see the movement of the camera.

The tones really make this a pleasing image to look at. Can't say the title helps you in this challenge anyway.
