slightly tighter crop on the left would be preferred. Just a tad overprocessed making it look a little unnatural (yup sorry I am from the natural look camp. Still well done with nice details overall , 7

I might have actually enjoyed this had the water been silky and soft, but I find this exposure to be overly contrasty and quite busy and distracting, with no actual point of interest.

this almost looks like one of the Follies in St. Louis, MO at first I thought that was where this was...IMO I think that what hurt you (like mine, the entry after yours) is the sharpness of focus...and for me the graininess of the picture...either you needed more grain (to be more obvious) or you need to use a noise filter to smooth out the noise in your picture....
