The chair gets lost in the photo due to the busy background. Moving the chair closer to the camera may have helped.

nicely timed capture. the stick commands too much attention though. i would have cropped down to just the face and taken my chances if it wasn't super crisp (though it looks prety crisp as is). a close up of the background texture contrasted with the lines of the face and the fur on the neck would have been very interesting for me.
