Boots from a Snowstormby SprogComment by Kelli: Well, first entry first ribbon! Even it was a brown be proud of yourself! I didn't vote in this challenge, but I personally like this kind of processing. Just so you know though, most people don't so you won't get a high score when you process this way. Keep in mind it's the creation of art no matter what you do and as long as you like it, you've succeeded! Congratulations! |

Boots from a Snowstormby SprogComment by raish: hiya sprog :D nice start - things can only get better, pointswise anyway...
Nice picture though - all that electric-y pow-zap standout negative glow. It didn't do too well with the voters, but considering that if you'd just left the picture alone except for converting to b/w then it probably would have scored higher, then don't worry too much about the voters.
I don't do so much constructive critiique, I do brown ribbons - here -
you got the loneliness down - you wuz robbed - keep truckin |

Boots from a Snowstormby SprogComment by Melethia: I also like your composition. It looks like this is a negative in B&W - some people don't like that sort of thing but I like that you tried something different! I also like how it looks like the boots are ready to go out again - they're pointed forward and out of the frame, ready to get back out into the snow. I think they probably don't like staying inside for very long! Very nice to see you taking pictures - I look forward to seeing a lot more! |

Boots from a Snowstormby SprogComment by xianart: I like what you did here, and the way you experimented with the different things in Photoshop. I know you really thought about your composition. I can't vote on your image, because I know it's yours, but I really like it. |
