This shot has potential. I think I'd like it even more if it were either blurrier/grainer, or sharper. It hits an in-between spot that's neither here nor there. But the composition and lighting are quite interesting, and I find myself spending a longer time than usual examining the image.

Greetings from the Critique Club!

Hey Louie! Another lovely b/w from you, I can almost feel the cold and damp from here :-) The shallow dof really works well here and helps isolate the subject, and make the bg appear to be farther off in the distance. Nice leading lines and use of thirds. I do see what some say about the vignette effect being dark and/or distracting, so maybe just watch that you don't get too fond of it.

Otherwise I honestly can't pick any holes in this. Good work, glad it finished so high, and keep up the great work!
