As far as processing, I agree with nam. The sky is nice, and important to the image, but the top part of the sky isn't the part that has the detail, and isn't doing much for you. I'd get rid of the top. Maybe not as much as nam suggests, but I basically agree. I would also consider trying to hold a tiny bit of detail in the snow. I suspect having some of the natural beauty of the snow would look nice.

I love the fence and snow (sand?) I like lots of sky for this but you have more than I would keep. I would look at a 2:1 ratio since I think a panoramic crop would suit the lines of the subject. Simple is always good, though, and I do like this.
