Colour Trends 2011-2012by LawtonComment by tanguera: I'm frustrated by this image because I never would have thought of paint chips (VERY clever), but I feel that there could have been much more imaginative ways to use them. Also, the lighting just does not work for me - it's a bit flat and murky. So, split feeling about this. |

Cactus Flowerby LawtonComment by PenelopeK: Nice contrast between the soft petals and the sharp spikes, and between the light and dark areas. The flower seems out of focus but the spikes are in focus, which is confusing given your title. Great subject for a photograph. |
