Aha! "Well after the Sun goes down" can also mean "Just before the Sun comes up"! Creative thinking :) Hope folks won't vote you down for it and still consider this as a nightscape.

The pic itself is nice and love the walkway curve in the foreground leading up to the building. I wish there was a little more separation between the foreground building and the background skyline. Right now it's a bit unsatisfying to see the lightless roof of the building mask out a nicely lit downtown.

Nice leading lines and soft colors - the blurred flags show a longer exposure. Nice DOF but perhaps the processing or camera motion left the picture looking a bit soft.
