As soon as I noticed this challenge, a voice inside me said, "OK, this is a challenge where everyone will just shoot the front tire of a sports car or something"

Appreciate the alternative interpretation of the challenge. Wonderfully executed composition and use of B&W. Top 5 on my list.
Edit: the simplistic composition of this is just super. I love B&W photos and identify with this one a lot.
Just cant figure out whether I prefer the needle arm out of focus or not? Nonetheless, well deserving of the 8 :)
