Nice setting, the posture of the subject gives a semi-loneliness to the image - looks rather relaxed to me. Definitely fits the all alone portion of the challenge, I like the lighting and the focus is good. The negative art choice is an interesting one, does add a little oomph to the image - I'm not sure if the neon-like colors aren't too distracting though. Also I have to ask.. is the tie stained? I like the different direction. Nice work. 7

Thanks for the great comments on this shot, most were helpful and im sure your mouths are all watering but in reply to the rice being not very white and is slightly yellow, this is due to using coconut milk, it discolours the rice and this is teh end result of my best yet ;0)

Looking forward to another food challenge as its more my fortae - I think I got extra marks as the food looked quite desireable rather than the actual photograph itslef...
