Very cute setup, I like it. Wish the glass was a bit clearer and cleaner.

Greeting from the Critique Club:

I'm very pleased to have this fine image to critique. I voting I rated it highly giving it an 8. The precariousness of the man's position adds a lot of drama to this image, more so because of the point at which you have caught the image - the pole below is probably under the bridge but still suggests the possibility of impalement? The texture in the upper part of the image is wonderful - it communicates the light and offers a substitute for sky very effectively; so effectively in fact that if we really try we can convince ourselves that he walks up with the clouds.

The contrast is excellent - it serves to from the man into a silhouette and there is power in that form

Overall this is a very well made image; I'd have never have believed that you made it in a hurry.

Well done.

I'm pretty sure the fellow is looking down to watch his steps, but it gives the photo a different feeling for me. He feels downtrodden, distraught. The scene seems reminiscent of a gallows walk, or to the end of the plank perhaps. The placement of the single pole beneath him is a nice coincidence, mirroring him in the composition and creating a nearly perfect symmetry. Very nice.

Ooops...
I'm sorry, I have just realized that I used the 28-300 AFS lens, and not the 50 f/1.8. I'm going to correct the data.

Thank you everybody!
As for the title... I admit that I didn't have much fantasy, but I'm not used to give English titles to my pictures!!
