It is intriguing the apparent imbroglio started by the inclusion of the woman- further fueled by selective desat! I am a big fan of selective desat, but not here. I am also a big fan of women, but also not here. Of course, that is based upon my hand in front of the monitor crop edit, so take it for what its worth. I just think it has a gritty feel with just the guy and the long counter- like a member of the Pogues, or the like. I do like the behind the counter feel though. Shots like these give you so much to work with!

Engaging. In addition to John and Timothy's comments... there is a certain air of confidence, and determination, coming from the leggy, young woman. Creates tension between her and the playful nature seen clearly in the faces and body language of the others. Well done.
