Lovely find and capture. The workers white shirt and collection of eggs get my attention. I wish there was a third element that competed with these other two. Not sure this makes sense but something about 3 when composing an image. The person in the back right could potentially work but he's not a key element in your presentation. Any more room to the right or left? I like this this photograph and at the same time feel it could be better. The broken eggs are spectacular but something about the composition isn't working for me.
