i've just come from your visit to "Del Montel", Paris .. i might have to make room in my freezer .. as these look absolutely amazing .. at the moment i'm set for at least a month or two .. !! .. the strawberries probably wouldnt freeze so i might have to share some of those with friends and family .. or eat them instead of 'proper' food .. !! .. i have often thought i'd just have a dessert instead of a main meal when i've gone out for dinner .. but i never have .. :)

i loved all the bread .. that you tempted us with previously
but i have a sweet tooth as well .. actually several ..
so this assortments of treats i find extremely mouth watering ..
i'm not a big eater so i'd probably have half of one of those and take the rest home ..
freeze them and take one out when the urge for sweet came on ..

Yes, very grainy but above all cakes is the BREAD and WINE, my 2 very difficult addictions! :)

I guess the essence of your March food series is that you enjoyed it a lot! Food and photography together, what a great combination! :)

Just looking at this I can smell burnt sugar.
Once in a restaurant in Paris (I think it was on St Martin Canal or something like that) we could see on the other side of the canal some welding going on, I thought weird place to do it but then it turned out they were just making creme brulee! :)
