I don't understand why you would think that. Just plain wrong.

Just looked at your entry and don't see any difference in how you composed your own. So we share a similar view of how ROT composition might be set up...

Definitely disagree. Horizon is on a proper third, as it should be for a seascape. The initial posts are on intersecting thirds. There is a second horizon in the sky on another third. Beautiful ocean tones presented in thirds...a pair of triangles created by the horizon and posts ( right and left frame), and a center triangle created by the vanishing posts. Forget all of those thirds, check out the birds.
