Nice shot, but your gonna get killed on the transparency part. Its a bit dark and the sun/bird positioning leaves you with only a shadow.......Photo 7 Transparency ???? (I don't get it) total 4

if you photographed this through a transparent object, it isn't obvious to me from this photo (no distortion, or play with colors). the water in this case is not transparent ... i'm trying to figure out how this fits into the challenge, and it isn't coming to me.
apart from that, the photo is a little dark, the horizon isn't quite level, and i would prefer the placement of the bird to be less centered. just my opinion. (gr8photos - 2)

Where is the transparancy? The air or clouds? Definitely not the water, and I think outside of the spirit of the challenge. I have looked at this several times, and I hope I am not missing something. Otherwise decent shot, though a little underexposed?.
