The deselective coloring is a bit odd. Parts of the lemons are black and white. I like the foggy background though.

This is a very wonderful interpretation on the theme. I know you were going for a soft look here, however my gut feeling is a very sharp (almost, but not quite. oversharpened) texture with some noise (or grain) to somewhat diffuse it would get you better results. The clouds, the ground, the apples and primarily, the subject's face all cry out for greater definition. Try it, if you don't like it, you can always click "undo."
