If model-released, kid pics should sell well. The way the fingers are folded/hidden on the left hand is a little distracting, but not too important.

Ready for someone to be picky? The very top of the photo appears to have some ripples in the fabric. I would have cropped just a bit more from the top to eliminate this. Lighting is good, focus seems to fail on the legs and back of baby. I would have used smaller fstop to increase DOF, or maybe softened it a bit more?
