Is that the moon in the upper left? Why the blue spot? Maybe it's a balloon rather than the moon. In any case, I like this shot quite a bit, the water looks really good, but the mysterious round thing is distracting. If it's not the moon it's just plain distracting, if it is the moon it's distracting because there's something wrong with it. If it looked like a nice natural moon that belonged in the scene it would be ok.

That sky looks awful dark for such a bright building. Makes the photo seem unnatural. I just doesn't feel right.

replaced the sky with a solid color? I prefer a gradient. I like the way the colors work together, it just doesn't feel naturl. Really nice shot of the building -
