Nervous Biteby RoosterComment by tyt2000: I don't know if you wanted the focus like that, but I think it would have been better if it was in focus, but thats just my opinion. I like the expression. I think its a bit tightly cropped from the top. The choice of tone is good. Maybe tweak the levels to darken the whole photo a bit?
Nice effort... |

Nervous Biteby RoosterComment by Count: I've got that habit from time to time. I like the sepia effect, not as fond of the softness of the photo... |

Through Glassby RoosterComment by BobsterLobster: Wonderful idea, very creative. Would be nice to have a tad more contrast in the shot. Great composition. I may have prefered this in colour. |

Through Glassby RoosterComment by awpollard: The hand is the center of this shot, but I am drawn to the child to see why they would have their head down. It is an emotional shot but I keep being drawn away to the child. I believe you are going for the don't talk to me (mom, dad) feel. For this particular challenge I may have had the child sitting up in the center of the shot with head hung low, one hand covering face the other up as you have it but almost covering the face-in-hand behind. Keep the veiwer in the center by making them try to look beyond the hand to see what is wrong. A little windy but thats my thoughts. |

Through Glassby RoosterComment by hopper: seems a little dark overall, and the shadow of her hand is a little distracting, but I love the pose .... can't stop looking at it :) |
