Just had to revisit this to check the exif. It shows as possible camera shake. With a shutter of 1/60 at a focal length of 100mm that is definitely too slow of a shutter. I think the rule of thumb for handheld in low light is to have a shutter speed at least 2x focal length. You may be able to get away with 1.5x shutter speed. (I run into this problem all the time because my camera body only goes to ISO 1600!) :)
