Windsweptby NeilComment by tjbel05: I really like the use of the blow dryer with her hair. It along with the distant look in her eyes seems very thoughtful, as though she is day dreaming of places far away. I don't really see any effect of the filter you mentioned. Nice job. |

Windsweptby NeilComment by HarveyG: Your portrait work is top notch. The battle is won with rapport and your eye, not gear. You have the feel. An images' emotion can't be corrected with PS :) |

Melancholy Babyby NeilComment by bassbone: exquisite lighting and lovely use of grain/texture to create a canvas feel
i was also struck by the near perfection of the model and the almost doll like quality of the her skin - but this is what intrigues me... |

S-Iceby NeilComment by bassbone: excellent job to create and capture the S curve - i am not bothered by the crop or the tall aspect ratio - and the b/w conversion is perfect |

Melancholy Babyby NeilComment by jomari: I guess one person's 'plastic' is another's exquisite delight. I love the pensive quietude of this Pre-Raphaelite beauty. |

Melancholy Babyby NeilComment by hajeka: Great light, great portrait! You captured the hair very well. But, since you asked for critique, there's not much life here. As sfalice said, the model looks plastic, it could be a doll (perhaps it's the post processing). |
