Nice tones and pose, but the lower part of the shot is a touch too over-exposed and lacks definition in comparioson to the upper half.

Tighten up on the crop maybe?

hmmmm - love the shot but something just seems off-balance in the vignette perhaps.
Did you apply it after the toning? It seems to be a different tone, and while sometimes it works OK, in this case I think maybe the vignette and the tone should be same/similar.
It seems to be most noticeable when the vignette goes over very light areas like the bottom of the image.

Love, love, love this image! Her smile (from her eyes to her mouth) draws the viewer in. A lovely capture, excellent use of lighting and shallow DOF, beautiful b&w toning. Nicely done!
