Pretty good honey simulation (I assume it's a sim because that would be an awful lot of honey to be messing with!!). I once shot a friend's honey products and we needed some more jars for the photo but he was sold out. So he diluted coffee in water and put it in a honey jar and voila, the color was practically the same as the real stuff.
