Altered Imageby jfaulknerComment by adine: The white really stands out against the greenery, wish the composition centered more on the statue, not including the roof. The flowers are colorful and bright, but the way the scatter arounf the base and are half in and out of the frame is more distracting than useful. |

Altered Imageby jfaulknerComment by sonnyh: Religious statues generally don't appeal to me but this one is very well done. The flowers add a nice touch. Composition is well done. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a nicer sky, but we can only photograph what is there. |

Altered Imageby jfaulknerComment by kostia: For some reason this is much more arresting than most of the other simple shots of statuary and shrines. The bright summer colors are very welcome to the gray November I'm in. I wish the tiled roof at the back were cropped out or hidden by a different angle of the trees. It would help give this a larger scale. |
