This is a clever idea. I like the staging very much. The highlights on the right are a bit distracting. If these were toned down a bit I think the transition from the reflection to the background would work better. It took me a while to figure out what was in the frame. I like the blur to show motion, but this may be too much blur.

Normally I don't much care for selective desat, but in this case it works quite well. As someone else mentioned, just the lines (and the sign on the pole) in yellow would work, too, as would a pure B&W shot (but not for this challenge, obviously!)

From where you're taking this, it seems the traffic is too far away to have it relate to Sound as much as it does to Sight.
