I think this shot has a lot of potential because the subject is very interesting. I agree with both of the previous commentors. I think it could be more of a "contemplative" shot (if that's what you're going for), but turning her toward the camera 30-45 degrees and leaving the right side of the image darker than the right side. With a complete profile shot, this almost looks like a mug shot... which may have been what you were going for.

All just my opinion. She has a lot of character and is a fantastic subject.

Nice capture of her side profile. I like the black and white conversion. The lighting on her clothes are a bit strong, but overall, this is a very nice side portrait.

Wow! Love the sweep of the mountain that rises majestic and tall over the land and simple homestead below. The person(s) who lives there definitely awakes to some majestic beauty every morning (and this being under the shadow of a volcano paints it as a dangerous beauty)
