Beach Layersby CMacDComment by Ductyl: You might get voted down for having such a narrow picture, but I really like it in this case. I feel like the long horizontal format accents the layers nicely. |

Beach Layersby CMacDComment by LMGU83: Esta espectacular el paisaje, sin embargo el horizonte esta torcido, siempre hay que estar pendiente de esto. |

First Wave - Christmas in Australiaby CMacDComment by tanguera: Very sweet, and gorgeous contre jour and tones, but the composition is a bit odd, with all that empty space behind them, and them crushed up against the right border. The father's position dead center steals the thunder from the kid who is playing. |

Tracksby CMacDComment by Abra: Originally posted by CMacD: First of all, thanks to the DPC community for making me feel welcome already and being so generous with your votes! I was just hoping to stay above a 5 this time around.
For those who asked, 'What made the tracks?' - yeah, we're still wondering here too. A bird dragging it's tail? A lizard moving on it's hind legs? (we do get those here) - it was gone by the time we arrived.
For Abra, yeah, it is missing something, I was playing it safe for my first post so I picked a shot I like but I don't know why I like it. I cop a bit of flak from friends for loving a good tilt shot, so I'm glad it added something here - rather than detracting too much!
Again, thanks to all. |
Only a couple of hundred K's from my neck of the woods. I also live near the beach and never seen tracks like that.
Oh, and though many here may not be aware of goanna's and frilled necked lizards they are quite used to seeing a lizard running on two legs thanks to Art Roflmao |
