Horizon should be lower since there's nothing there of much value... the emphasis here is the sky so there should be MUCH more of it IMO. Hope this comment helped :D Good luck!

Tis a very nice sky, and yes, there is definitely some orange in there. The clouds are a bit unusual too, and adds something different that most sunrise shots seem to lack. It's a bit of a pity that the landscape doesn't do much, but for this challenge it's enough that the focal point is the sky itself (afterall orange is the prime objective here). So, I think, 7.

Always try to find some interesting foreground object to include in the frame to add interest to your sunset/sunrise images. A nice silhouette would work great with this image.
