i think that i would score higher if I could see the rider. if it was just a bike composition it would be fine...but because it looks like a race situation my "minds eye" can't get over the fact that something is missing - the rider. just my two cents. that said - i like the fact that you filled the frame with the bike, and the lighting is good.

It really bother me that you cut off the guys head. I think also that the bike isn't quite in focus, or maybe it is and there is a lot of dust... I think your cropping her, in camera or out of just wasn't effective. Sorry...

This is quite a daring shot. We don't often see a shot of a motorcycle racer with only a leg of the cyclist showing and with the cycle boxed into a very tight space. The box is a little too tight for my taste, but I find the image quite effective in its own way.

This composition draws the viewer into the bike itself rather than the sport. The image itself is too blurred which may be down to low light/slow shutter speed. The cropping is off-putting because the detail of the bike is not clear.

Have your heard this more than you care too? taken a shot like this requires a steady hand, a fast lens and lots of light. that you did this well is great! if you had been able to take this shot more from the front( I see that is where the light is coming from) you might have managed a better freeze on the action. nice try:) hope I helped. 5
