Fire & Waterby KelliComment by krnodil: Lightning, as an atmospheric phenomenon, fits very well for the challenge - great capture and I envy your nerve to stand outside in a lightning storm! |

One Pin by KelliComment by boyd2000: I would have liked to see the person on the right, especially with a similar pose, to make these two alleys look about the same. |

One Pin by KelliComment by adine: Good subject - two lanes, two balls. But one and a half people, and odd assortment of pins... There is a bit much going on here so it doesn't really focus on the "double" idea to me. Also nothing is really in focus, and the top third of the photo is a boring wall. I shot that closed in more on the action, with a dynamic composition - vertical or diagonal - might convey bowling better. I do light the blue cast - it reminds me of the florescent lighting at a bowling alley. |

The blue duotone doesn't work well for this image. Just a straight black and white would work better. The highlights and shadows both lose all detail. The empty space above the photo should be cropped, as well as the part of the person on the right. |

One Pin by KelliComment by colorcarnival: Very cool. Contrasting bowling balls and one pin reflection in each lane. Great catch. |

Portrait of a Girlby KelliComment by JuliBoc: I think this was a good capture, and you achieved your goal of bring out the adult aspect of the girl.
I don't care for the processing. The hair looks glued together rather than soft and wispy as I imagine it really was. The contrast on the lips is very harsh (little detail of the mouth is visible) and the edges seem over sharpened. I also don't see any detail in the iris of her eyes. Maybe this is due to excessive noise reduction.
I'd like to see the original. I'll bet there are all sorts of good things you could do with it. |

One Pin by KelliComment by ssodell: I don't know about the color shift or whatever it is, but it is a great idea for a double take. Might be better with both kids in there. And the one is covering the pin on the left. Oh you know I bet a fish eye lens would get a good take on this. |
