There are so many places to look here. I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to be looking at. There are a lot of distracting elements, namely the outside of the window, the cage in the background, the underneath of the chair, the curtains, and the shadows on the wall. You may have elimanted some of those by simply shooting somewhere else.

The overexposure on the window(reflection if a mirror) is distracting there is however a lot of humour in this shot.
