maybe try and reshoot this one with the correct settings, and try this PP again? |

Shopping in the twilight zoneby KelliComment by spencerwood: The noise and rather washed out colours make this appear rather flat. Some nice DOF effects with more defined focus on the fairy lights and then tailing off to a blurry background would have provided the depth required to give this more impact |

Yes indeed! Believe it or not, this was on a tripod, but it was so windy and I was ducking cops and trying to hurry. This isn't a great place to be after dark! Looked great onscreen, till I got home. I didn't have a chance to go back before the challenge was over. But I promise to reshoot per your instructions! |
