looks like you manually blurred the background (?). from a compositional POV: Could you have moved it's head more to the right? not dead center? This would not have cut off one leg as well. Love the color in the eye.

the fake blurring of the background lets this image down...it is really a matter of technique, you haven't executed the blur correctly to make it look believable and so you have this strong blur near the face going immediately to sharp background just unger the chin...just wanting to hep as you have a nice image here that would have worked better with a little more editing experience 6
