Day 1 - Springing Forthby KelliComment by ltlmschrisss: I like the texture in this, I also like the purple. Very unique flower. IMO the yellow and green could be lightened a smidge, but I love the overall darker look. |

Forgottenby KelliComment by timwest167: Nice depth of field and the texture of the grass is pleasing. Doesn't hold my inerest though. |

Day 1 - Springing Forthby KelliComment by Alicia: Very beautiful, Kelli!
I think this might be a type of Iris - without seeing the whole flower with leaves, it's hard to tell. But it has iris-ish petals.
I'd love to see this just a tad lighter - I think it would really make those gorgeous colors pop more. Even so - it's an outstanding image. |

Day 1 - Springing Forthby KelliComment by SandyP: Great start, Kelli. This is beautiful! I'm bad with names of flowers. We have beautiful flowers all over our yard, and I barely know what any of them are. I just know they do good and Texas and look awesome -- like this one :)

Day 1 - Springing Forthby KelliComment by socalsteve: Very nice - gives a nice soft feel. Maybe a little dark though - doesn't quite convey that happy, spring-time feeling, more like a rainy day. |

Day 1 - Springing Forthby KelliComment by one2one: Its latin name is ihavenoidea whatitis from the yellow flower family.
It's darn beautiful and I'm wondering if it's in full bloom. Is it? If not then would you take another one when it does, pretty please, would love to see it. |
