Love the thorns! And I have the same problem with sharpness. After you resize, sharpen again, using either Sharpen and reduce the strength, or one of the other sharpen methods at a low "power". Then load it to here and see how it looks. Another thing - if you're shooting RAW and converting to jpeg, remember to Convert to Profile from Adobe RGB to sRGB, which is the colorspace used by the web.
