Is there something on her lips? I can't tell. I like the softness and the lighting. The lips need more light, though, to show us what's there (lipstick? food?) or that there's nothing there.

What! No comments? That's a bit harsh. Could have done with a bit more saturation and a tad more contrast. Some human (whole) elements may have also help the viewer connect to the image a little more.
