Gotta say I don't know how you ended up with the brown, but hey, it IS a ribbon, and a whole lot of really good people here have them. On the plus side, it'll get lots of views and hopefully a few of those viewers will stop by your portfolio to see what else you have, which is good!
I gave you a 6 on this. I thought the picture matched the title well and could see it as a documentary. What is lacking is a sense of composition - it's a bit too random with a fish here, a fish there, but no focal point. I do realize that herding fish is probably a whole lot like herding cats, though. The color are icky, but I think that's part of the point. The other thing that may have hurt you is the lengthy title - most folks just wanted to see the three words and that's that.

This would be a great shot in any case, but the title changes the view of it. Suddently the edges of the picture become a mirror's frame, or are we standing behind the mirror looking through?

Hmmmmm. I guess congrats on the brown. To be honest I don't think this was the worst shot inthe challenge. The worst was (deleted title). But I will admit this wasn't that great. The water definitley looks polluted, but the fishies seem to be hanging in well. The fish arent really in nice positions in the frame. The color is blah ( I know - it is supposed to be brown). THere just wasnt much to make me want to look at it for any longer than it took me to find a number to vote it. Hope that isnt too harsh. But again - you ahve a brown - and thats better than a DQ. Hang in there - it can only get better.

i love the glow you did to this I just think theres too much of it. the glow is distracting from the animals themselves(main animals shoulder to be exact) I would lower the fill and opacity of it and it should be perfect!!! oh yeah...pull the yellows back down a touch too.

sorry for sounding all negitive, I love this photo and what youve tried to do with it. some tweaking will really make it stand out!
