cardinalby KerryComment by Dave Gordon: I like the way you used shallow depth of field. I think the cardinal would be better if it were brightened up using curves or levels, even if that meant the background would go lighter. |

cardinalby KerryComment by ccraft: This is a really great capture. I really like the use of shallow DOF here. I know from experience it can be difficult to get a 640 pixel-wide image and maintain sharpness, but you may find your scores will be higher if you include a larger photo size next time. Good luck with this one. It's very nice. |
